Owing to continued expansion a leading Social Housing, building contractor has an opportunity for an Estimator. Based in the West Midlands they undertake new build, social housing projects for Housing Associations within a 30 mile radius of the West Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful division of one the largest building contractors in the UK with turnover for the region projected to double over the next 5 years.

The Estimator will be involved with pricing of new works for Housing Associations and be a key member of the Bid team in securing future workload.

Ideally candidates should have main contracting, estimating experience and be keen to progress their career.
