Engineering Team Leaders

Our client is a major Food & Drink manufacturer with a large production facility based in Bristol. Due to key installations on site they have a key role within their organisation to recruit a number of Engineering Team Leaders with a Food, Beverage or FMCG background, which is a key appointment for the company who are currently building on their success with a major capital investment project.

Responsible to the Engineering Manager you will have a strong Engineering based background with experience of working within an engineering enviroment ideally as a maintenance engineer/ technician. You would be managing in a very team orientated environment with a very committed workforce. As such our client is looking for a talented motivational manager with strong people skills. It is envisaged that you will have a number of years experience managing a fast moving production department you have experience in an ideally pharmaceutical, food, beverage.

The main purpose of the role is to provide the business with a well trained and disciplined team capable of manufacturing in line with agreed targets on all aspects of safety, hygiene, quality and overall efficiency. To manage and control all aspects of the manufacturing operations ensuring all areas are co-ordinated to achieve site goals and KPIs. As there are a variety of shifts available the salary is negotiable.
