Engineering Team Leader West Midlands upto 40000 - REF44876

Our client has asked us to supply them with suitably qualified engineering team leaders to lead & develop their existing team driving a culture of Continuous Improvement. They are a well-known FMCG manufacture that produces for major supermarkets, & licensed premises.

Our candidate will ideally be a degree qualified time served maintenance engineer (electrical or mechanical) with the ability to lead a maintennace team and drive continuous change. You will have the ability to coach and mentor your team and drive results through people. Responsible for a team or 8 multi skilled engineers you will be responsible for them dealing with Planned & reactive maintenance.

They are looking for our candidate to come from a manufacturing enviroment ideally to a world-class point within a FMCG industry i.e. Pharmaceutical, Food, and Beverage etc.
In return you will receive a salary dependant on experience of between 30,000 - 40,000 + Benefits including flexible days, bonus, pension, health care, product allowance. Relocation assistance is also provided.
