Our client is a technical subsidiary of an global specialist in the water and wastewater treatment sector. A specialist in engineering and turnkey design/build projects, also offering a wide range of technological solutions and associated services. Due to the current investment in the UK water market and the each water suppliers assest they presently require support for a number of major contracts they are carrying out on several WTW sites. They currently need an experienced EICA Installation Supervisor and Commissioning Engineer.

Scope of Work: Expansion to existing wastewater treatment works to include new BAFF project which is a company patented process. EICA scope includes; MCC, c/w intelligent starters, power cabling, profibus calbing PLC software and HMI.

Locations: Various (Midlands & North West)

Responsibilities: Supervise electrical installation by company's installation sub-contractor, ensuring compliance with end clients specs, standards and regulations. Commission motor starters, process instrumentation, valve actuators etc. Supervise the commissioning of PLC software, HMI and profibus communications. Work with process commissioning engineer to ensure correct manual and automatic operation of plant. Ensure correct documentation is completed and recorded for test and commissioning. All work is to be carried out in accordance with H&S and QA procedures.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years plus experience in similar role within the UK water treatment industry.
