To lead the process for dev. & implementing a CRM focused e-business strategy, incl. e-procurement, e-marketing & e-systems. Identify, dev. & manage e-Channel related projects for all identified bus. To work with Sales & Marketing Management & Marketing teams in identifying oppor. for growth through the effective deployment of e-Channel activities. To work as part of the wider UK e-Channel team in delivering programmes & accelerating the deployment of best practice. Supp. the implementation of the bus. CRM strategy by supp. the e-sys. manager to lead the process for dev. CRM supp. strategies & tools (Siebel). To supp. the dev. of the e-marketing strategy by supp. the e-bus. manager (marketing) to dev. & implement e-marketing plans. Understand e-procurement req's. of the customers currently & in the future & work with the relevant stakeholders (IT team, customer services, sales, marketing, customers) to dev. the e-procurement sys. to fit with customer needs. Lead the process for identifying & implement e-procurement improvement projects to maximise customer satisfaction & facilitate cost improvements. Dev. sys. & processes to integrate & distribute & partner sites to improve on-line sales. Lead the process for training relevant personnel. Work with e-business manager to integrate e-procurement activities with marketing campaigns. Supervise the e-sys. Manager dev. his/her expertise to enable either to perform the role of local expert for the org.s e-CRM sys. Understand the sys. capabilities & educate the bus. community of the bus. benefit capabilities of the current CRM sys. (Siebel). Supp. the bus. unit managers dev. CRM strategies & utilise the sys. to improve customer CRM activities (targeting). Est. performance measurement sys. for all CRM programmes. Supp. the e-Business Manager dev. his/her skills & capabilities to lead the bus. groups to utilise the Customer Solution Centre & related websites to maximum business effect. University Degree preferred, IT related exp. in e-procurement & CRM sys. desirable but not essential.
