Our client, one of the leading Owner/Operators urgently requires a Document Control Coordinator for their Project Office in Brisbane. There will be interviews held in Brisbane with the client in the second and thrid week of June. Candidates must be available to start in the first/second week of July if successful. Basic job description is below, Oil and Gas experience is NECESSARY. 6-8 YRS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.

Support the PT LIMC to ensure the overall Information Management and Document Control Program is met. Responsibilities: Train and Coordinate PT Document control staff in handling of Contractor and PT generated documentation in accordance with overall Information Management Plan and supporting project procedures. Perform Document Control activities for the Project acting as a focal point and be responsible for documentation receipt, distribution and transmittal back to Contractor. Assist PT with issues related to Document Control (e.g. review contractor Document Control Procedure, facilitate review and approval process). Utilize PT EDMS to support project execution, Commissioning, Start Up and Operations. Check MDR, SMDR and Document Distribution Matrix requirements are being implemented. Implement PT guidelines, procedures and tools needed to execute the Information Management Plan. Facilitate and coordinate the flow of PT information. Manage Project central hard copy and electronic file storage. Monitor Administrative staff in handling non-technical documentation and filing.
