Design & Build Coordinator is required for a site based opportunity in central Birmingham working on a prestigious 25 Million project. The project is a mixed use development consisting of part refurbishment / part new build to form apartments, retails units and underground parking.

As D&B Coordinator you will be required to work closely with the project team consisting principally of Project Manager, Project QS and Senior Engineer.

Previous experience of working on projects of a similar nature is essential coupled with a keen ability to work with the client, design engineers and architectural practices.
