We are currently seeking a highly experience cost estimator to work with our client in Malaysia. The said candidate should have at least 8 years experience working in Petrochemical or the Oil and Gas industry. He/She will be working with Project Group team to produce capital estimates and schedules and implementing their in-house project management tools. He/She will be the key liaison between the internal business groups and contractors to ensure all technical specification delivered. However, the prime activities are Front-End Development of projects prior to Final Investment Decision to ensure maximum value in attaining World Class Performance in terms of Safety, Cost, Schedule and Operability. He/She will also need to execute project controls to ensure project is delivered successfully.
