A Contracts Management Training Specialist is required for rotation in Kazakhstan.
Purpose: Design, Develop and Deliver Training to increase Contact Management and Contract Administration Skills and Awareness
Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Refine strategy for Contract Administration training Develop process for determining the training needs of Contract Administrators Identify Contract Holder and other stakeholder training needs relating to Contract Management Design and develop materials to meet training needs. Source from third party where appropriate Incorporate feedback from Compliance Reviews and Audits into training Deliver existing and new training courses, including Principles of Contract Administration and Principles of Contract Management Support CMPU Heads/Coordinators in design and delivery of specialist CA workshops Interface with Compliance group to develop strategy for delivery and sustainment of SAP training Maintain record of post-training evaluations. Modify material where appropriate Interface with the Atyrau Training Group. Ensure training records are maintained Provide process support and expertise on post-award Contract Management to key stakeholders Identify process improvements
