Commercial Manager & Contract Consultant: Warrington

Salary Dependant on Experience (c. 50-60,000) Plus car, pension, healthcare, share options.

I am currently working with a business that has been the benchmark in Contract & Commercial Management for over 40 years. They are a nationally respected multi-discipline consultancy, whose name is highly regarded within the industry.

The areas they specialise in are Construction, Engineering, Telecommunications & Process.

They offer the complete service solution from developing and implementing full commercial strategy, through to pre-contract negotiations, formation of contracts, post contract management, exit management, risk analysis project planning as well as full claims and dispute resolution. This position gives the candidate the opportunity of working with market leading clients, on some of the most complex and challenging contracts in the UK & Europe.

I am currently recruiting for this role, which is to work from their Head Office in Warrington. You will be joining an established team with a range of expertise throughout the disciplines in which they operate. For this role it is not important the industry you have worked in but more that you have excellent knowledge in your field and that you can add to the team as a whole. This is the policy for my client, which does not divide its teams by skills set but look to develop skills throughout the group.

I am looking for candidates with:

Relevant degree or Professional Membership
Excellent interpersonal skills
Motivation to generate revenue, develop own client base
Solid Legal/contract/commercial experience
Negotiation & Contract preparation experience
