The successful candidate will be based at the Glasgow office, and will report directly to the Commercial Manager - MEENA.

Job Description
Main responsibilities include:-
To support the Commercial Manager in delivery of the Corporate Business Plan;
Provide support to the Project Controls Manager In-country and Project Managers on all commercial arrangements within the Contract;
To support the continuous improvement process both within the Contract and within the Commercial Function;
Manage the Contract Rates;
Manage the preparation of Contract Sales Invoices and subsequent Cash Collection;
Interface with Client, Contract Compliance and Audit personnel;
Interface with Project Service in ensuring that all data held within the IWMS is accurate;
Preparation of statistical reports for Contract Performance Review (CPR), monthly Commercial Review and monthly Project reviews as applicable;
Support, and where appropriate, mentor the personal development of department team members;
To promote Commercial awareness throughout the Contract;
To ensure that all team members work safely and are fully aware of all safety policies and initiatives within the Company.

Experience
Technical / Commercial knowledge in IWMS & processes;
Significant working knowledge of Commercial activities at management level;
Good knowledge of bench marking processes;
Good knowledge of all Contracts Commercial Terms & Conditions;
Working knowledge of Finance and HR systems;
International contract level experience;
Good communicator at all levels within the organisation and with external clients;
Ability to delegate and be a good time manager;
Must be a team player.

Qualifications
Degree is preferable or HNC
