Our client are looking for an Engineer to provide civil and structural engineering mainly in the nuclear power business sector.

Duties are expected to include:

Building and structural steelwork specification and design
Producing design substantiation documents
Liaison with civil contractors and consultants
Acting as site civil engineer during construction phases
Building condition surveys

The position is likely to involve travel to (and working from) various offices and sites in the UK and abroad. You will have good degree in Civil Engineering and having attained Chartered Civil / Structural engineer status (or being close to achieving this).

As the work will involve travel to UK security controlled nuclear sites, it is a requirement that the candidate holds a UK passport and has been resident in the UK for at least 5 years.
