Main Duties:
Preparation of vendors, preparation of bidders lists and invitations to tender, tender clarification issues, preparation of tender, evaluation tables and documents. Preparation of PO and subcontract documents.

Relevant experience in a similar role in the Oil & Gas or heavy industry sector would be ideal. The ideal candidate should be conversant with Integrated Information Systems (i.e. SAP,Oracle etc) and able to liaise with other departments and managers. Also to be able to work within a team and individually would be desirable.
