My client requires a Property Manager to be based residentially in Luanda, Angola.

The incumbent is responsible for managing the Business Services of a major Oil Operator related to Property Management. This would involve commercial &
residential estate management - identifying &
sourcing property.

Experience working in Africa would be preferable, as would Oil Company exposure.
The succesful candidate will manage the Property Team, consisting of approximately 20-30 subordinates and must demonstrate good strategic outlook in terms of their experience.
The Property Team essentially identifies viable properties (houses and offices)and gets them up to company standards before passing them over to the Business Services team for management. This team also deals with major infrastructure projects such as the new offices in Luanda.
