My client is looking for a Business Analyst/Process Specialist to review Live Services ITIL process controls, implement additional IMS Live Services process controls, establish controls in BAU processes bodies, establish a management review process, engage with process stakeholders and to assist the Process Enhancement Manager with inputs and updates on risks and issues. Essential criteria for this position includes experience of ITIL processes in a Live Service environment, experience of working in a project environment, good Project Management skills and good MS Office skills including MS Project. All candidates will be required to pass security vetting before position is offered, current clearance would be a huge advantage as would prior Central Government experience.
