Our clients are a large Consultancy organisation, who are looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at their offices in Essex. They are looking to recruit an individual to assist with the preparation of monthly valuations and the pricing of Evaluation Change Requests, and site measurement within the rail team.

Skills / Experience Required

-Professional and diligent manner
-Ability to identify opportunities
-Must be competent in client relationship management
-Proactive individual able to work with minimal supervision
-Communication, oral & written
-Excellent IT skills
-Enthusiasm to develop and expand our service offering
