Our client is urgently looking to recruit an Assistant Project Manager to work in their Central London office.
Your key responsibilities will include seeing the projects through their full lifecycle and their handover, documentation/ support/ assistance to ensure the successful handover to Asset Performance for the station projects.
You will ensure evidence of Assurance Documentation, Engineering Completion Declaration, Health and Safety Files, Asset Commission Handover logs, Operational and Maintenance manuals. Providing data and input to the vis. boards, following up on minutes/ actions.
Your background will include:
Solid APM experience.
LUL/ rail experience, track record in (asset) handover projects, CDM, Health and safety exposure.
Strong attention to detail, process.
Excellent communication skills -- both verbal and written.
Interpersonal skills and professionalism - Ability to liaise/ network across LUL/ Engineering and Asset performance.
Must be able to start max 2 weeks notice.
Office based but flexibility required to go out onsite.
Almost entirely Mon-Fri core business hours, but may need to work the occasional night shift.
8am starts.
