We are currently looking for an Architectural Technologist Based out of Manchester. You will be responsible for the architectural development of allocated proposals from clarification of remit to project completion and assist in the development of architectural and engineering design solutions to best satisfy company objectives.

Qualification and essential skills

Degree or Diploma in architectural technology or relevant technical discipline (building surveying or engineering)

Excellent design and presentational skills, including use of CAD, DTP, Powerpoint and freehand drafting (AutoCAD LT/Full 07 preferred)

Conversant with Building Regulations, Planning and Consents processes

Construction Design Management (CDM) Awareness

Experienced in the use of NBS or other similar specification packages
