In this key role, you will provide expert leadership to our nine-strong architectural team. As well as managing the allocation of resources and ensuring projects are delivered to target, youll also make sure we continue to give clients design solutions that are functional, aesthetic, sustainable and innovative. Whats more, youll have the chance to make an important contribution to our new business activities.

Qualified to RIBA Part III, you will bring the broad expertise to act as a lead consultant on architectural projects. That means were looking for a well-balanced combination of people and technical skills, and evidence of client relationship skills will be important too. Well also expect you to have experience of sustainable design and whole-life appraisals, plus good understanding of the standards, specifications and contracts surrounding public buildings, leisure centres, contact centres and educational establishments.
