Our Client is a JV incorporating international contractors who have secured railway construction work within the UAE. Phase one of the project is 49 months and consists of 47.5km of elevated lines and 4.7km of tunnels, this includes 23 elevated station, 4 underground and two depots. Phase two is a further 36 months and includes 10km of elevated and 7.5km of underground, incorporating a further 13 stations

-The candidates will be responsible for coordination of a design scheme. He shall monitor the transmission of the any design changes and the flow of shop drawings issued by the subcontractors. Attentive and good detailing knowledge is advantage. The candidate will control & review the shop drawing versus design and to ensure that drawings issued on site are the latest & approved. Assist QS for billing, compiling minor changes as per NCR for preparations of as built drawings. Reporting to Section Chief Architect
-Minimum Qlfs: BS in Architecture
-Minimum Experience: 5 years
