We have been given opportunity to recruit either an Architect or an experienced Architectural Technologist to work on site during the construction phase of a Biological Clean room facility.

The position will be based in Cork and will last for approximately 9 months depending on the programme of works, you will act as the consultants representative on site liaising between design teams and subcontractors and making any minor adjustments to working drawings as you see fit.

To perform successfully in this role you will have a demonstratable skill level in understanding how a building fits together preferably with previous site experience co-ordinating and checking of works.

Ideally, but not essential, is experience with Bio-logical laboratories however previous design experience of other types of clean rooms will be acceptable.

A proficient use of AutoCAD is essential both in production and understanding of working drawings,

Contract will be an all in hourly rate to include flights and accommodation and it is expected that there will be overtime available.
