Job Description for Project Services Application Support Analyst

Role:
Support of Project Services applications in the areas of Cost Estimating, Scheduling, Cost Control, Risk Management and HSE
Part of Project Services organization that provides project management support to multiple global mega-projects

Specific Responsibilities:

Development and maintenance of internally developed data base tools that are needed to help manage the large amount of project data that is generated in the various areas of project management.
Support data download process on a weekly, fortnight and monthly cycles.
Support Project Services teams in various locations with questions regarding usage of tools and data related queries
Coordination of the implementation of any new project management tools, including the required training and change management efforts.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related IT field
4 to 6 years of relevant job experience
Expert database development and programming skills using MS Access, Visual Basic, SQL Server 2000, and/or Oracle
Knowledge of SAP R/3, specifically an understanding of SAP FI/CO, PS and MM modules is highly desirable
