Key Skills
In-depth knowledge and experience of Windows 2003 Active Directory
Good Knowledge of network troubleshooting and support
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Back office products e.g. Exchange 2003 Server
Good knowledge and experience of Backup technology (software and hardware)
Good knowledge and experience of Citrix support
Knowledge of Linux (desirable)
Knowledge of ITIL processes (desirable)
Knowledge of BES (desirable)

An experienced 2nd/3rd line engineer is required to wor both remotely and onsite.Troubleshooting and support of hardware and software, managing external customer servers, networks, firewalls etc. and ensuring all SLAs are met.
Responsible for the remote monitoring of customer systems using technology such as Nimsoft NimBUS, Microsoft MOM, HP SIM amongst other Systems Management tools.
