An excellent 2nd line support role has become available, working with a prestigious client in a high pressure and professional environment. The successful candidate should have a background in providing 2nd line and 3rd line support in a Windows environment. An MCP or MCSE would be highly desirable for this role, as well as exposure to Windows XP, server 2003 and AD. The work will mostly involve, PC, laptop and peripheral support as well as some AD administration and server support.
