NES is a leading international recruitment company that is able to fully utilise its global resourcing capability to access an expanded candidate talent pool to clients through the development of a Global Candidate Pipeline (GCP).
Within the UK, NES has a number of immigration advisers that are OISC (Office of Immigration Services Commissioner) Level 1 accredited. They can assess individual circumstances, examining qualifications, experience, country of origin and desired work / entry into the UK - and provide an advisory service for gaining working authorisation. This service is available for both contract and permanent personnel.
It is the responsibility of employers to ensure that an individual has the right to work in the UK. This can be through: a Tier 1 permit for highly skilled individuals; a Tier 2 employer Certificate of Sponsorship; a Tier 5 (for working holidaymakers); as a dependant of a work permit holder; or through alternative visas that give the right to work in the UK.
In the majority of cases, permission to work is now assessed on a points-based system and this gives employers greater responsibility and accountability for the non-EEA nationals that they employ in the UK.
NES can also advise clients about aspects of immigration, either for current or future members of their workforce. Of particular interest to a growing number of clients in the UK is NES’s international network of offices and resourcing centres, which can be used to tackle skills shortages in the UK. NES has the capability and experience to manage entire recruitment campaigns, coordinating in-country interviewing for hiring managers and then managing the subsequent visa authorisation process.
